Special care is taken to provide proper reinforcing frames for these hammer mill screens. The perforations are specially designed to reduce the chance of powder accumulation. The joints are argon welded to give a longer screen life.

The screen is passivity, micro polished & treated to give a crevice free, smooth, non sticky surface
